Sign-in trouble, scale surprises, gesture quirks, and stale screens.
Check spam/junk and confirm you entered the address correctly. Emails can take a few minutes. If it still doesn't arrive, contact support — tell us the email you signed up with.
An open tab keeps the version it loaded. Hard-refresh: Cmd + Shift + R (Mac) or Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows). On mobile, close the tab and reopen the app.
Check the sheet's scale first (Scale & calibration) — measure a printed dimension and compare. If the scale is right and one shape is off, select it and drag its points, or delete and redraw it.
Pinch zooms smoothly to the cursor; two-finger scroll pans. If a gesture started as a scroll it stays a scroll until it ends — lift your fingers and start the pinch fresh. On Windows precision touchpads, the mouse wheel and the zoom pill controls are the most predictable.
Use the Print / PDF button in the Summary tab — it builds a dedicated print document. Printing the app window directly with Ctrl+P is not the supported path.
Into the ☰ menu at the top right — Settings and Sign out live there on small screens. Forms stack vertically and wide tables scroll sideways.
